"We had an awesome time here! The staff is really friendly and amenities are great. Everything is very clean. Only downside is that they use keys for the doors and our key stopped working suddenly. They tried all the keys they had and it didn't work. We had to wait for the locksmith in our bathing suits and were late for dinner by the time they got the door open. They didn't offer us anything for the inconvenience. "

"Been coming to Palm Springs for 20 years and usually stay in the same place but decided to try this property and I’m so happy I did!! Check in was a breeze and parking was ample. Stayed in the room with the king sized bed and kitchen which was super clean and had everything we needed. Sat in different areas and enjoyed the water feature and quiet of the grounds. I would completely stay here again and most likely will on our next visit. Bravo 👏 "

"Great location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Lovely property and quiet. Rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. Would go back there. Very disappointed that coffee is not available in the rooms nor in reception area until 7:30AM. We had to walk to a coffee shop daily for coffee. We also had inadequate body wash and lotion daily, they need to leave enough for two people!"

"Nice property in an area that is great for shopping or getting something to eat. The coffee shop right out front is awesome as well! Bar staff were great and helped me check in at midnight after one phone call. Nice and clean room perfect for couples. "
