"It’s so clean and tidy and very grand when you first walk in for the hotel. We love the condition and how clean it was but the only con was the toilet was abit cramp. We aren’t big people and to close the door you pretty much have to cling to the toilet before you can. "We stayed at a near by hotel for a couples days first and extended our Osaka trip staying at Monterey. We wished we booked here from the beginning!! Nice set up, spacious room. We loved their pillows! Cute decors too. West Exit of Osaka Station from Subways was a little confusing but we got used to it. 7 Eleven was by JR station and one near by. Easy walking distance to a lot of restaurants and Umeda area for shopping and transportation. This will be our hotel for Osaka stay!! "
