"The location of this house is spectacular! Beautiful view of the Intercostal ! I was so excited to share this house with friends and family. There were several things that were not what I would have expected to encounter in a home of this stature. There were at least 3 chairs and a sofa that were badly soiled. Drawers in the kitchen were dirty with someone else’s crumbs. I have a dog and I know how important it is to pick up after her but upon my arrival, I was checking things out and noticed...

"Great location, close to everything. Could've been a little cleaner and did have a smell to the house we could not place. Overall, the house was good; almost everything in working order. The pool was grat. The hot tub was overly sanitized but I do understand that. We would book again, for sure. If anyone in the future has a thermostat issue, just youtube how to unlock it. It's really easy to do"

"Comfortable clean space, nicely appointed, with decent kitchen and large lanai. But realize the pool is NOT heated, rendering it useless December thru mid March. The hot tub leaks so it can only be filled enough to warm your legs and seat. Pool guy says it’s been that way for a long time. AC doesn’t work, coffee maker leaks, and some chairs can’t be safely used due to wobbly or broken legs."

"Location not the best for walking/biking, pool not heated, hot tub broken for duration of visit, carpet in bedroom very stained and dirty, no table and chairs (except for a 3-person high-top) for card playing etc., no cable tv or tv's in the bedrooms, dishwasher not screwed in so when loading and unloading it fell forward. A pro: property manager and Maintenace manager was responsive for some issues."
