Kenyetta (front desk) is absolutely the best. She connects with the guests and is welcoming, efficient and respectful. The rest of the staff we dealt with were kind and helpful. The hotel was always clean and well maintained. Parking was plentiful and well lit. It is close to shopping and the highway. Every thing you need is close by.

The entire building moves. When the elevator moves the building moves. You can hear everything. There are no cups or anything to just stay there a night like other hotels( not extended stays) The TV didn’t work. There was no complimentary shampoos or lotion. Most hotels have larger bottles mounted in the shower. It is not a place for families whatsoever. If you work and want to stay in a low budget new hotel this is for you.

Hotel is fairly new and still in good physical condition. Desk staff needed more training. Limited fitness equipment in poor condition. Rooms include major kitchen appliances like full-size refrigerator, cooktop and microwave. However no cook pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, etc. are in the room. No coffee maker in room.

New hotel so rooms were clean, nice new beds and chairs. Loved the fact that it still smelled new. Think they still need to hire more staff. I was assigned a room and when I went in all the bedding was stripped off the bed and piled on the chair. Clearly had not been fully serviced. I went downstairs and they assigned me another room which had been cleaned and made up. Only thing missing was a hairdryer. I did go to the front reception and they provided one. Check in and getting settled took a little longer because of the hiccups but overall I was satisfied with my stay.

We had to had to change rooms 3 times. They put us in rooms that were not cleaned or half cleaned. They were supposed to give us some money back for the inconvenience but they did not. Also soda vending machine wanted $10 for a soda. Insane. But it was quiet and clean.

The room was clean and it was very nice. We had completely forgotten that the rooms have a stove but no kitchen ware so next time we’re definitely gonna cook and bring some! But we were satisfied at least up until the morning after… the hotel said they included a free breakfast bar and upon their photos it seems like it. But instead we were served grain bars and not only to myself but others looked disappointed as well to see this. We booked this hotel primarily for the free breakfast and were upset by this false advertising.

The room, as well as the common area in the building was very clean and bright. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Whomever was above us on the third floor was so obnoxiously noisy, it sounded like dragging a wheeled suitcase over a grated floor. Back and forth, back and forth. And then the stomping… just terrible. Thankfully did not go on for the whole night. “Breakfast” is very limited. I watched many people view the offerings and walk away. The coffee was good, although the only choices were sweetened creamers. There is also limited seating in the breakfast area, four seats and a small table to stand around. The hotel is lacking a common area for seating.
