"The rooms can use new AC units as the rooms smelled due to water leaking I’m from the unties onto the floor. One of our rooms smelled bad. The showers have been updated but do not keep the water in the shower and leak onto the bathroom flooding which can cause a slip and fall."

"This is an older property so the rooms are spacious. The house suited our needs. Everything is on one level. Great for our toddler and our grandmother with her walker. The small pool was fun for our little guy and we really appreciated the net barrier to dissuade him from jumping in the pool at other times. We had some minor issues and the management company was very responsive even though it was Christmas. The house was super clean, the kitchen was set up for basic meals for a large group....

"The apartment itself is nice, newly renovated as they mention and nicely done. Very clean. There was construction going on downstairs during the day a couple times but it was quiet at night. The beds were fairly soft which was not our preference. It also would help to have more clear directions on where to go at check-in given the apartment is part of a larger building/property and it wasn’t obvious from the check-in instructions. "

"Everything was just as described. Parking was easy. The king size bed was very comfortable. I loved the fun faucet in the bathroom. The kitchen is pretty darn high end. They really didn't seem to skimp on anything. We pretty much spent all of our time at the house in the hot tub. The neighborhood is delightful. We could've walked to the restaurants we visited, which were also great. A very easy drive to Venice beach where we found our intended shark teeth. We were talking about coming back and...

"We come down every year to spend spring break with our family that have a home in Sarasota. We e found this home a year ago and have now stayed twice. Each visit has been fantastic and we love staying in this home. It’s new, very clean, in a great location, and has everything you need. The host has taken care of us and has thought of everything .
