"We stayed at a near by hotel for a couples days first and extended our Osaka trip staying at Monterey. We wished we booked here from the beginning!! Nice set up, spacious room. We loved their pillows! Cute decors too. West Exit of Osaka Station from Subways was a little confusing but we got used to it. 7 Eleven was by JR station and one near by. Easy walking distance to a lot of restaurants and Umeda area for shopping and transportation. This will be our hotel for Osaka stay!! "

"This is a great location just a few blocks from Dotonbori. The nearby metro stop has an extensive underground city that is probably a mile long with a huge selection of restaurants and shopping. The hotel common areas were really nice, the room itself was not quite our style but was comfortable, clean, and had a great view. We went to the breakfast buffet they had one day - I'd skip that if I returned: it was over-priced for just average food and there are so many great nearby restaurants."

"On a fait 6 nuits dans cet hôtel qui propose de très bonnes prestations. Un rapport qualité prix imbattable a mon sens. Nous etions en famille avec 2 jeunes enfants qui ont été malade et ils ont été compréhensif et aidant. La proximité avec le métro et les autres lignes de train est un véritable avantage. Idem pour le château d'Osaka. Le onsen est bien, il faut cependant acheter des pansements pour cacher les tattous. Un family mart au n-1 de l'hôtel. Que du positif"

"The hotel is not very near to the station and there was no large-scale shopping mall or department store nearby as well. I found some shredded tissue paper in room toilet. But the bed was clean and comfortable. We do enjoy the free Onsen and massage chair. We also had a dinner on the top floor restaurant. Overall I would say we have a good stay in this hotel."
