"The room didn’t look like it was properly cleaned. We saw multiple strands of hair on the bathroom floor, the tub and shower wall. The couch had stains on it too. The building is definitely old. We could hear the room next door when they were taking a shower and flushing their toilet cos of old plumbing and thin walls. When we asked for towels (which you have to do between a set time between 9am to 1 pm day prior) they only gave us two towels for a family of 4. The hotel location is convenient...
