"No surprises. Place has definitely seen better days, but it was reasonably comfortable and clean. The mattresses were a little on the hard side (for me), but they were in good shape. The bathroom was clean. The bathroom fan was very loud. The room heater made the place a comfortable temperature but with a consistent rattling noise. "The room didn’t look like it was properly cleaned. We saw multiple strands of hair on the bathroom floor, the tub and shower wall. The couch had stains on it too. The building is definitely old. We could hear the room next door when they were taking a shower and flushing their toilet cos of old plumbing and thin walls. "The hotel was very clean, family suite very spacious. Food (both breakfast and the restaurant) was very good. Housekeeping automatically checked in each day without having to be asked. Parking was an extra unexpected charge, but the free bus passes to Disneyland made up for it. Overall, I highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again."
