The first morning I was down in the dining room, sitting at the bar and ordered coffee and oatmeal. Got the coffee and then waited for over a half hour to get the oatmeal and somehow no one put the order in. I felt different desktop was rude The toilet backed up twice, but resolved on its own The valet staff was lovely. That was about it but at $63 a night I would expect that. That’s an absurd amount of money when everybody else is charging $30 a night in the area. I won’t stay at this hotel again. I’ve been there numerous times but no more, too many issues

We had two rooms booked: the executive room with a balcony and a separate living room. The staff were friendly, and it’s one of the best hotels in Orange County. It’s conveniently located near Newport Beach ,South Coast Plaza, just a 20-minute drive from Spectrum. Has a decent-sized pool, and there’s a nice restaurant. Valet is a bit pricey, but the staff is very accommodating.
