"The Tower hotel is uniquely placed with views of Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. On addition to the location, the hotel has a real luxe feel, with high beds, high quality linens and many plump pillows. I had a great night's sleep. The shower was excellent and the towels large and fluffy. The bathroom has underfloor beating and comes with dressing gowns and slippers. The room has a fridge, safe, kettle, tea, coffee and milk, and a swish coffee maker. I can recommend the room service too. Breakfast is good, with varied fresh and cooked options. I have stayed at the Tower hotel 5 times and it is always fabulous. Highly recommended. "

"Our stay was made by the hotel greeter at the door of the hotel. This gentleman was friendly and efficient . He helped me park my car in the tiniest of spaces and then ensured that we were pointed in the correct direction for the front desk. We were able to check into one of our rooms early which was easy and efficient. The room clean and comfortable . The second room at 3pm i gave up on until the evening, as the line ups were long and slow to check in . The second room 1234 was very nice, but could have done with a little more attention to detail when cleaning the bathroom. The car parking on the lower ground floor does need to be looked at . Parking is very tight. I had to climb across to the passenger side to get out of my car. Not ideal for a 67 year old lady. A minor fault . A very nice hotel which we will return to again . Second stay. Great area to stay for sightseeing. Tube close by . "
