"Its located downtown in Redding so there are things close by. It is pet friendly, but i didnt see anywhere to take my dog out except in an alley or out to the street. Typical of any downtown area, there is road noise and people hanging around. The motel itself is very clean and our room had new paint and floors. The bed was fine. Overall, one night stay was fine."

"I read in a review from January that the hot tub was not working, I would have thought that it being April now that it would be fixed. But no hot tub! We would have booked our stay somewhere else because this is important to us. Everything else was fine. The staff are great! The landscaping needs work. Weeding, pruning and mulch. The little bit of grass that is there has weeds and is sparse. The mirror in our bathroom is worn. Comfortable bed, quiet room "

"Overall my stay was 9/10. The room is spacious with everything you need and match what’s listed in the description from the hotel. The two downside of the hotel was the bed it was hard as a rock and not comfortable at all & the shower. The shower head was not adjustable & the pressure was high.
