"Great stay overall! Hotel was very clean and comfortable, only downsides were how crowded the pool was (that was expected, though) and the difficulty to find parking. It is always VERY difficult to find an open parking spot whenever we stay here!"

"Courtyard was ideal for this visit. I paid extra for a river view room, and wasn’t disappointed. Everything in the room was in good order. I enjoyed one dip in the hot tub. The location was convenient for walking from/to Amtrak and to/from the Pioneer Center where i enjoyed the Reno Phil concert. For me , the one thing that would improve the experience would be good strong complimentary coffee (I don't think much of in-room coffemakers)-I think that would be an appropriate amenity for the cost...
