"The staff are friendly, the rooms lovely and comfortable. The sound proofing is excellent so our stay was really peaceful. They have a nice breakfast, but we received a text informing us that the restaurant attached was open and serving. We were quite hungry and looking forward to that but were disappointed to find they closed early. Overall we were happy with the hotel and would stay again."

The staff put heaters in the rooms for us since it was cold (New Year’s Eve), and that warmed the space nicely. It was fun being the only patrons at the entire hotel! The Niles is always an experience you don’t want to pass up, but know it’s an old hotel so temper your expectations for modern amenities. "
