The room was was an ADA accessible room, so there was laminate flooring rather than carpet. Not a complaint, just different. The bathroom was not entirely clean- hairs in the shower, the conditioner container was un-sticking from the tub/shower wall. Some spots on bars obviously not wiped in recent cleanings. It was noisy on the Saturday night I was there- music playing in the lounge or wherever but loud enough to hear it even though the windows were closed and heavy drapes pulled. Noise travelled easily in the corridors. Also of concern is the fact that the sliding glass door was old and it would probably be pretty easy to break into the room. Our room was facing a green area inside the hotel grounds, at least, and not the parking lot. They had a Keurig for coffee, which was nice, but the offerings were only light roast and decaf. Minor point, but I like my French roast! Still, would stay again (maybe not by myself, though) as rates were good and it was easy enough to get to off of I-5.

The staff was awesome. The Lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Kayle? in the restaurant was a great server, but the whole restaurant staff was great for both dinner and breakfast.

Rooms remodeled, but looks like it was done in a rush, bathroom had dirt in the floor and not the best paint job. It is good if you just need a place to stay, but not for a relaxing get away where you would spend a lot of time in the room

It was ok. The room was meh at best. NO ELEVATOR! For a person who can’t really haul a suitcase up 2 flights of stairs, how can the hotel expect them to occupy the 2nd floor. Not enough towels for 2 people in the room. The ONLY ice machine in the hotel was broken. So I had to try to get ice from the breakfast which is not open on Mondays. The bar/restraurant (3 Shastas) is AMAZING! Food is great! Bartender (Danielle) is great! All in all, after our umteenth stay here, we have decided to try another hotel for our Arizona and home trips.

I loved all the on-site amenities, and the staff was friendly, available, and so great! The location was convenient and quiet, the grounds were well-kept, and the price was right. The linens were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The facility is definitely showing its age. I didn't go in with high expectations, especially at the price we paid, so I was not disappointed. However, if you need immaculate and refurbished, this is not the place for you.

The staff was all super friendly and there to please. I am only knocking the property because it is old and barely updated. The mattress needed rotation. Very lopsided. The location is only desirable for freeway access. The restaurant was closed. Thankfully the family mexican restaurant nearby was great. If I was not just taking a break on a budget during a 14 hour drive, I wouldn’t stay here.

The first room we stayed in had divots in the floor and the floor was filthy. I walked around barefoot and my feet got covered in filth. The second room we stayed in was nicer but the AC stopped working in the middle of the night and we woke up sweating. Avoid the restaurant and go eat somewhere in town. Food will be cheaper and better quality.

Place is really worn out and in need of renovation. Dents, dings in walls and doors. Generally barely clean. Front desk was friendly an undstanding. But undestaffed cleaning meant room was marginal. Inly 1 towel in bathroom etc. I would not stay there again, till its fixed up.

There were some really noisy me. Outside playing cornhole until the wee hours of the morning. There was garbage and beer cans in the parking lot. The parking lot was not maintained with broken pavement and no security. The signage and exterior is just dated. The staff is just excellent though. The room was incredibly clean. You would not believe that the quality of staff and features were included in that space from the outside.

This Red Lion Inn has a great staff. Super friendly and accomidating!! Plenty of restaurants and shopping very close by. We could hear our neighbors loud air conditioner all night long. Sadly, this hotel is in desperate need of an update. The pool was stone cold and needed cleaning. The pool lounge chairs seats were all sagging and soooo uncomfortable...ugh!! The decorative concrete walkways are old and distressed, along with the interior building. Just toss all the worn out furniture and that alone would help the appearance. This hotel rates as a Motel 6. The advertisement pictures show a nice hotel but this is NOT the case.
