"We stay here whenever we come to Chico. The extra room with another TV and couch and desk make it very comfortable. We also enjoy the nightly food and the complementary drink. And when you don’t feel like going out the food from the restaurant is really good. "

"Good location close to HWY 99 Most rooms have been redone, but I always seem to find issues. Everything from toilets that run continuously to chips on the bathroom counters that could cut u and loose shower towel bars. Lounge food is mediocre don't order the pizza. Beer selection is good with local IPA's. I would probably give this hotel a 6/10 and Ive slept in a lot of hotels as a travel nurse. I like it because of the location."

"The young lady in the dinning room was just excellent! I regret not recalling her name but, it was on 1/1/16 & 1/17/2025. She practically ran around to make sure our food was served hot. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating from check in on 1/15/2025 until check out on 1/18/2025. "

"My band was on tour and we stopped here for the night on drive between SF and Portland. We arrived after dark but it was easy to find. Fast check in, clean rooms and helpful front desk person directing us where to get food. When we got up the next morning we realized just how cool of a spot it was with pretty views. Cool little coffee shop walking distance. Perfect stay, can’t wait to come back. "

"The staff are friendly, the rooms lovely and comfortable. The sound proofing is excellent so our stay was really peaceful. They have a nice breakfast, but we received a text informing us that the restaurant attached was open and serving. We were quite hungry and looking forward to that but were disappointed to find they closed early. Overall we were happy with the hotel and would stay again."
