The checkin process is swift and the reception area combines a chillout area, with free hot drinks and a small shop. The rooms are well designed with dyson, yes dyson accessories which is very unusual for the price range of the venue. Even 5* venues dont even have dyson accessories. "We stay every year as part of our Christmas shopping weekend and nothing really changes. It’s a good quality hotel, with great rooms & good amenities. The local is good but there is nothing else around so you’re in it with them in terms of food etc which is a little pricey. I think breakfast could be better. "
