"We had to walk down several corridors and up and down stairs to access our room — if you have mobility issues I would advise confirming what is required when assigned your room. Spa bath was pleasant, but spa services seemed overpriced and I had difficulty getting them to share the price list ahead of time. Tea service was fine, but not sure the value was there for the quality. Preferred to eat around town, but the canvas lounge was well-appointed. Not sure the value proposition would justify a...

"A beautiful property and very convenient in Bath. Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel relaxed. I would give 5 stars but my room had no control over the heating and it was very hot during the night. Had to keep the windows opened."

"Really great stay with 2x 8 year old. Fantastic beds and view through the window. Staff really helpful! Parking could be a little bit cheaper but it is not that important when all experience combined. "

"Excellent stay. Towels closer to the Bath would be great and also somewhere to put your shampoo etc. bath itself was fabulous. Room does look a bit tired, but still beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was delicious "
