Great facilities. Had lunch, dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The food was amazing and great service. We had a treatment and used all the spa facilities. I had a massage with Hema and she was amazing! I would definately book in with Hema again. All the staff were so helpful and welcoming.

This hotel is special. They know they are but it’s still special. You get what you pay for and I recommend this hotel with the very special spa and wonderful staff. I didn’t try the main food in evening but the breakfast was… too good!!! I ate too much!!! The room was spectacular but… let me start from the beginning. The reception is great and the staff were impressive. I am not easily impressed nor am I a moaner, but these guys were great and so easy to talk to. We had questions and they answered them. We asked questions about the area and Olivier was fantastic. She guided me through everything I asked and I think she is very knowledgeable about the hotel and the area. The hotel is a great building and the room blew me away! We had a delicious delux suite… I wanted to stay longer !!! The spa was… just amazing!!! Yes yes I know it costs a few quid…. I don’t care I’m coming back!!! I have one hotel In the country I use regularly and it’s close to mr in the Cotswolds and is amazing… I go away a lot and not once have I found a hotel better…. Until this trip???. You did it you surprised me and your the best hotel I have been to now. Busy this hotel and enjoy the spa. Take tome to just …. Relax !!! I am going again

Our favorite hotel on our trip! Beautiful spacious room and bathroom, well lit, nice features (eg/ makeup mirror, full length mirrors) love the view from the room. Beautiful lobby. Dining area, wonderful staff, both on the phone while planning my trip as well as in person while we were there. So friendly and so helpful. Can’t say enough about this amazing hotel.

A fantastic find! The hotel & the neighborhood couldn't be better. The pool, hot tubs, whirpool & sauna are 1st rate. Our room was spacious, clean & tidy with a terrific view. Myself and my wife really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Firstly walking in, the decor of the interior is amazing. Staff were extremely friendly on arrival. It was wife’s birthday and when the staff member realised this she upgraded our room to the Tigerbay suite which was a lovely touch. The views from the room was amazing. The facilities (eg pool/hot tub) was nice, and liked that there were family timings. Every staff member we spoke to during our time there were extremely helpful and went out their way to accommodate us. With Cardiff Bay being a walkable distance away, it really is an amazing place to stay. We will definitely be back again.

location was extremely quiet and peaceful the facilities are superb and are 1 of a kind ,staff where incredible and caring for all your needs

The staff we met were the best we’ve experienced. So kind and caring particularly towards our grandson, engaging with him. The hotel is in an ideal place for staying in the bay. Our room was comfortable but in need of refurbishment. Housekeeping let my score down as I had to call and ask for milk and a mug. These items were not replaced when room serviced. Bathroom was not refreshed either although they did take wet bath mat. Get that right and 5 stars deserved.
