"Overall the property was nice and clean. I did find a couple of stray hairs in my shower and the water pressure for the room was inconsistent at times. Overall, there was nothing that would deter me from staying there again. "

"Everything was great, as expected for its price range. Maintenance could be improved to increase aesthetics, such as rusty door hinges, clogged sink drain, stainy hallway carpets. Breakfast was great, except cream cheese was not offered for bread toasts. Our room was facing the highway, zero noise. Beds are great! Overall excellent stay! Would stay again :)"

"Staff took a long time to check in and if there were issues with the bill it also took them a long time to revolve, found the entire process very slow. BUT they were super kind, and professional. This hotel is downtown Hamilton so surrounding area is a bit seedy but the hotel is great and right across from convention center so super handy! Starbucks and a booster juice close by made for a very happy daughter! Rooms were clean and generally good value for money. "
