"Enjoyed the hotel, clean room and good facilities. Check in was easy, bar and grill was great. Needed an app for discounts though which didn't I've do as i was told it would. Complete lottery as to what got taken off a bill so had to ask for this to be corrected. Staff were nice though, really helpful. "

"My brand new shirt that I was ironing to wear for a funeral was damaged due to a damaged ironing board. I had both the shirt and ironing board inspected by one of the reception staff who took photos of both to show the damage. The ironing board was replaced with a new one, unfortunately of no use to me as my shirt was already damaged. No feedback from the hotel, asked Claire on reception about it two days later, she advised me that she would check with the manager who was on site that...
