I now have a new favourite hotel in Liverpool, and if I have to return to leisure or business, I won't stay anywhere else. The Deluxe Queen bed room had a desk vanity, 2 chairs and a stool, hooks for coats by the door, a closet with hangers for suits/dress, and a separate cabinet with iron and ironing board. The shower had both a rainfall and handle shower heads, which unlike many hotels, work at the same time if you prefer. Complimentary still and sparking water in the mini bar, with topnotch espresso, coffee and tea also provided in the room. Exceptional.

Greeted by such friendly staff. Rooms were really nice. My only complaint is the wardrobe space to hang clothes is a little awkward and slight noise from the street but it wasn’t bad. The rooms were very clean and had all the little extras to make it a comfortable stay

Gorgeous cool, comfortable hotel, staff couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms are very beautiful and the fed so comfy. Only improvement could be that the bar / seating areas got a little cold as there are too many external doors opening constantly. Loved the hotel dog!

The staff truly shine as the heart and soul of this hotel. Their genuine care and dedication go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The daily room cleaning was impressive, especially considering the hardworking housekeeping team operates with a smaller crew. While there were minor details, such as a stray hair on the soap bottle and a hint of talc in the shower corners, these did not overshadow the modern and thoughtfully designed room. Room service, though slightly delayed (over an hour), was worth the wait for a freshly prepared meal, even if it was a bit of a splurge. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—ideal for dining, shopping, or a night at the theatre. I’d happily stay here again!
