Hotel was well finished and very clean. Coffee and pastries in reception at breakfast time was a bonus. Was right in the centre of the shopping area and only a few steps for lots of bars, restaurants and entertainment. Very enjoyable stay.

I booked this for a nights stay for my wife and 2 daughters. My wife said that they all had an amazing time. The rooms were very clean and modern. Comfy beds and pillows. The facilities in the room were brilliant too. It's right in the centre of Liverpool. Easily walkable to transport routes and the main shopping area of the city centre. There is also plenty of options to go for food within a few minutes walk too. We are planning to go back together soon

This 1 year old new hotel was easy located from airport and train,at reception we received a warm friendly welcome and the coffee and pastries odour was welcoming too and it was all complimentary,the hotel is very modern and clean and I’ll definitely stay there my next trip to Liverpool

The location was perfect for a mini break in central Liverpool, close to the Liverpool ONE and a short walk to Albert Dock. Our room slept a family of four comfortably and was clean with good amenities. Quiet with nice extra security to have keycard access for each floor. Would recommend.
