The room was clean, had good space for a family of four, and comfortable. It was close by to lots of attractions, dining options, convenience stores and a park for kids (which was awesome)."

"Very nice hotel, very convenient location for all sightseeing in Yokohama! Room is very clean. The breakfast buffet offers variety of food, drinks, very tasty. I really enjoyed my two-night stay and the breakfast! Staff are super friendly and tired their best to help guest despite of language barrier. "Thank you to all staff at the Hotel Gracery Ginza for a wonderful week long stay. We had 3 bookings for that week and asked if we could stay in the same room without checking in and out. The friendly staff at the front desk looked into it and since all our bookings were in the same category room they combined the reservations to one so that we could just check in once for the whole week. We loved that the staff were very attentive to our needs such as lending us an extra lamp for the room. We also loved the snack station with coffee juice and Japanese snacks in the lobby. We highly recommended your hotel when we got back home to our friends who are thinking of visiting Tokyo in the near future. "
