Wonderful stay - room was everything you'd want tor a clean and convenient home base. The buffet breakfast had an incredible variety of Japanese specialties, hotel service was flawless and hospitable (excellent English-speakers), and we made good use of the conveniently located Family Mart for ATM withdrawals and quick meals. Good proximity to the subway.

Views are amazing from this hotel. Everything was clean and service was excellent. Check in was smooth. They were able to get us in a little earlier since the room was ready. The room was spacious compared to typical Japanese standards. Plenty of amenities. I.e toothbrush, slippers, shampoo conditioner etc. Checkout was a breeze and they were able to hold our luggage before our flight. If you need transport to Narita, the hotel next door is a stop for the airport limousine. Just ask for the QR code from concierge and then you can book your ticket for the time you need. Highly recommend staying here as it is a great location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get anywhere in Tokyo.

Location is perfect. Super close to Ginza, Shimbashi train station and lots of dining options around the area. The room is relatively clean but seeing some dirt spots on the wallpapers.

That means you need to have some sort of drawers or a place to put our socks and undergarments. We have to live out of our suitcase which we could only place on the floor due to the size of the room.

Nice and new property in a good location. Staff’s English is not as good and aren’t as friendly as other 5 star hotels. The room is really nice, quiet and has a great view. However, for the price the room is quite small compared to other hotels with the same nightly rate. It would be nicer to have a bigger room. The view of the city is great.

We stayed 4 nights and chose this hotel because we like The Blossom Kyoto. The hotel & room was clean and modern. But location was not in the middle of ginza and train line is not directly connected to JR line. Restaurants around is mostly like a pub or bar style. Other drawback was that we accidentally lost one hotel card and was charged 1000 yen for it. Never before this happened to me in my other hotel stays.
