You have to buy water from the 7/11 in the lobby, but it is usually fully stocked & has everything that other 7/11s’ in japan has. Friendly staff, except for a couple of the 7/11 workers if you’re non-native to the area. Shopping center with a big food court is 1 street away"

"Easy walking distance from Shinagawa station but if you have many luggage it will be an effort to drag it uphill. Many options fit shopping and dining. Great place for Shinkansen and local trains."
