"This was a last minute decision. New York hotels are very expensive. This place is less than half the price of hotels in New York. I definitely wasn't expecting a hotel. I believe this is a brownstone apartment that was converted once upon a time. It was done very well. But it definitely does not have the hotel feel. I think it would be hard to match that level.
