"Staff were great but the elevators sounded like they could breakdown any minute and the hallways were very noisy. Rooms not very clean. Have stayed multiple times in this same hotel due to location to the Museum district and standards have lowered for sure. "

"The rooms were not very clean. Hair all over the bathroom. Black fuzzy on the bedding. Staff always on personal phone calls. I checked into my room and had just settled in and someone knocked on my door. Another guest was assigned my room and they key they had worked on my door. Very scary. Breakfast was delicious with many different options. Not horrible for what I paid. Works for a night for a concert at Allstate if you are going to drive or uber as it is not walking distance."

"The property seems to be renovated, although it looks good, we had some issues such as super cloudy water from the faucets and the tub seemed to have a dent every time you stepped on it. "
