"We were really impressed with this hotel. The room and general amenities were to a good standard. The staff were excellent. We had a minor issue with our room which was fixed immediately, and the staff were clearly very anxious to sort this without delay - very impressive. Breakfast buffet was good. "Spent three nights here over my birthday and so we could see the Illuminations. This is a really lovely, traditional style hotel and we loved every minute of our stay. We had the Dinner, Bed and Breakfast deal and the meals were really good, with a nice choice of dishes. Overall great value for money and I'd reccommend this place highly."
