This hotel was recommended to us by our son who has stayed here often. What a good recommendation that was. The hotel is excellent value, conveniently located on the route north or south and in beautiful grounds. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. But the single best part of stay was the staff. With absolutely no exception they were truly exceptional. Polite, helpful, fun, and considerate. They cannot be faulted. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Enjoyed some food in the restaurant, also enjoyed the pool and facilities. Rooms could do with hairdryer and some pillow choices if possible as pillows very soft. Fridges in family rooms would be a valuable addition. Fab, enjoyable stay overall.

I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their exceptional service was truly the highlight of my stay. The amenities are fantastic! The pool was pristine and perfect for a relaxing dip, while the hot tub was an absolute treat after a long day of exploring. In summary,this hotel exceeded all my expectations with its outstanding staff, luxurious pool and hot tub, and top-notch spa services. I can't wait to return!

Lovely hotel and lovely staff. Always my choice of hotel for weekly work travel. I just wouldn't bother paying extra for the superior rooms as it only adds more room space, a fridge and a coffee machine (pods werent topped up by room service for my second night though)

We were really impressed with this hotel. The room and general amenities were to a good standard. The staff were excellent. We had a minor issue with our room which was fixed immediately, and the staff were clearly very anxious to sort this without delay - very impressive. Breakfast buffet was good. Overall well worth staying here if you need a bed in the area
