"You get what you pay for. Room was clean. There was a problem with my first room but I was moved with no arguments. The biggest issue I always have is inconsiderate guests who think its ok let their doors slam at 1am and let children run up and down the corridors at 7am. "

"If I had read my emails before arrival I would’ve found out about the parking being over the road but even so, staff at reception gave me all the information I needed and allocated a permit for us. Everywhere was so clean and neat and the reception staff were so helpful and engaging, giving us some local information and also discussing driving routes etc. room was beautiful- lovely deep bath, iron and board, hairdryer all good quality.
