"As a family of five we needed something comfortable and accessible. The room was clean and comfortable. Despite being grateful for the air conditioning unit, the noise generated by it was overwhelming. The lack of an extractor fan in the bathroom meant it was very hot and especially if all five room occupants used the bathroom one after the other.
