"The mansion is very unique with plenty of historical architecture and decor. The current owner continues to invest in the property to ensure that it’s well maintained and he’s made some obvious improvements. (HVAC, electrical, etc)We met briefly and he very accommodating and respectful. The beds are all very comfortable and the place is clean! "

"Great home! A little older property. But perfect for relaxing. Beach was very close! The pool is amazing. Kitchen was well stocked. The only challenge was communication with the owner. Stay here. "

"Host was very communicative and accommodating. Made the check in and check out process easy. Made sure to check in that everything was going okay. There was coffee ready to go, water in the fridge, and snacks easily available. When I travel back to Miami, will definitely be returning to this home, thank you."

"I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I feel obligated to share my experience. I arrived a day before the rest of our family & we noticed that the elevator did not work & it was hot on the 1st floor. We called the owner (Shawn) and he said that was because the Nest thermostats need people to move around to activate the AC.The next day my son & his family arrived & he checked the AC units, he called Shawn & told him it was blowing hot air, Shawn said he would have a guy come out the next...

"The house and property are just as pictured. Great location, clean and the host was great to work with and very accommodating. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pans, dishes, spices & some condiments. Short drive to beaches, shopping and entertainment. We were three couples that stayed here. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. I highly recommend."

"Home was as advertised in pictures and description! Obviously recently renovated, plenty of room for our group of four. Location was perfect for us, close to Fort Lauderdale airport, Gulfstream Race Track, and Hollywood Beach. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. Angela was a great host, quick to reply to any questions. We would stay again if we are in that area "

"Property had everything we needed. The Ritz Carlton is a beautiful place and it was so nice using their facilities and everything was close by. I heard they were doing some renovations during the summer so it will be even more beautiful. Hope to come back someday."

Poolside perfection: where every day feels like a vacation.

"The photos don't do the home justice. It is decorated beautifully and the amenities are amazing. We have booked two more times already! "

"My family and I visited Miami for the 2025 college football playoff game at the Orange Bowl. I selected this house because of the close location to Hollywood Beach and short travel to Hard Rock Stadium. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was heated and welcoming for our January visit. Check in was a bit late at 4pm but we were able to work around it. Communication with ownership was smooth. I would definitely stay again!"

"I enjoyed this property even more than I thought I would! We reserved for a thur-mon for and had 6 of us (all adults) staying there for our son's Saturday wedding in Homestead. We were comfortable, had all the amenities we needed, and the pool area covered area was PERFECT for hanging out with friend and family! Interior was super clean and comfortable. "Not a bad drive 2 beach, downtown or Gulfstream Park"

"This place is a nice 2 bedroom beach house situated on a street about a block from the beach, so an easy walk to the beach or down the the walkway to the commercial area and restaurants. It is a comfortable basically decorated beach house which has what you need for this kind of vacation. Unfortunately for us, we stayed there during a real cold and rainy period so were unable to take advantage of the location. The owner communicated very well. "
