"We have stayed in this building previously because we visit family on KB, and it is a great location with all the amenities. So easy to go to the beach and watch the sunrise. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. Will stay again! One suggestion, have beach towels or tell people they need to bring them."

"We had a wonderful time and loved everything about the property. We will really enjoyed the pool area it was very refreshing and peaceful. We had a King room with the most amazing shower. . In the morning they provide excellent coffee and light breakfast options. Wayne check us in and was super friendly and showed us around the property. Chuck was also very friendly and answered any questions we had. We come down a couple of times a year and will be booking here from now on! "

"The property is just as described in a great location with easy access to public transportation. We spent two days in Miami before departing on a cruise and it was an easy to Uber ride from the airport to the house. We loved exploring the Calle Ocho strip via the free trolley system. Hop on, hop off to a great adventure. Easy Uber rides to LoanDepot Park and the Port of Miami too. The house is perfect for four adults/two couples and each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. "Nice place . Clean. Check in process a little difficult . Keyless entry did not work . Had to call the support number to gain access to the lockbox that contained the key to open the door . "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. Some things that threw off the experience were the shower was difficult to operate, the bed was quite uncomfortable due to the support slats coming out of place that we did not notice till the end of the trip, the stove top was a real pain to operate and figure out, and lastly the dish washer definitely did not work. The sum of many little things gets irritating when you are staying somewhere for a week. Could use some improvement or upgrades. The pool only had two...
