"Perfect! Bed is comfy! Had extra blankets. Balcony was nice with 2 chairs and a table. Towels are nice and thick. Big shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hairdryer with diffuser! Ice machine around the corner. Beautiful view of the bay and you can see the ocean between the buildings. Mini frig, microwave, and a coffee pot. Pool is outstanding and so pretty. "We really had a good time the room is amazing and the property is awesome it's in the Trump international Beach resort and it was an unbelievable experience even though we didn't have no room service from the hotel because it's private owned we had a really good time... One thing about the clean when we arrived I found hair from the previous people but because the room and the property was so beautiful I didn't make a fuss out of it."

"It was a quick weekend trip. I appreciated how easy the check in process was and the unit was very clean. You could tell there were recent remodeling inside and the property is also going some external renovation. I also appreciated how well the property kept the common areas clean and organized. "

"Great location and nicely decorated apartment, but the cleaning was subpar. The floors were extremely dirty; our socks turned black within 5 minutes of walking. One of the shower walls was covered in long hair from previous guests, and the windows were so dirty that they obscured the view and made the apartment appear even dirtier. Overall, it's a great place with convenient access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. If the cleaning improves, it would be an excellent place to stay."

"We stayed in 2 units - one of which was fine. But the 2nd unit was horrible. There was a leaky roof with old and obvious damage to the ceiling. There is no way we were the first ones to note the constant leaking when it rained. The dishwasher didn’t work for the entirety of our stay. They kept telling us they’d come to fix it, but it never happened. There was no hot water in the master shower for the entirety of our stay. Again, they promised they would repair it, but never showed. The AC only...

"Check in process was easy but elevator was a bit run down.The unit was clean, had a nice view from the rooftop and the location is great. Master bathroom was nice, except the toilet is lose and fancy shower heads were old and hard to use. Sparse furniture in the bedrooms. A dresser would be nice because there is nowhere to put anything. The iron in the master closet was dirty and left brown marks on my husbands white shirt so he could not wear it. The bathtub in the guest bathroom is very slick...

"We had a wonderful experience here. The pictures and the room was everything that was stated. The only two things was parking is not included and it’s 30 a day which was never stated, plus there is no hot tub, just a little baby pool. Me and my two teenage girls had a wonderful experience! The pool had lots of security which made me feel very secure with teenager.s. Thanks for a great vacation!!"

Less than desirable this stay

"We were places in a room overlooking the pool area (balcony) 3rd floor…right beside the hallway bathrooms and convention space… very loud and crowded by that room… and the music was so loud at midnight—I had to call at 12:16 and was assured it would be off soon-I had to call again 15 min later. This was a nightly issue. The water was turned off for emergency maintenance from 10am-4pm with a warning letter—we had dinner reservations at 7:00 that night. Water was still not on at 6:45 when we had to leave—needless to say no shower after being at the beach all day. Hotel was not full—they should never put someone in room 318 unless an absolute last resort— shower and sink needs some work "

"Had another great experience at this hotel from start to finish. We enjoyed the pool area, each day, and Jojo is a great asset in the bar, serving drinks and food, as well as keeping things tidy. Well done Jojo. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and Hela kindly let us have a late check out, as our flight was in the evening. Close to many restaurants, Publix and pharmacies, easy to walk to for whatever you may need. "

Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Marco Polo Beach Resort

"There were so many terrible reviews about this property and I was very scared to book it but once I got there, I got a renovated room and it was just so great to have that. The pool and the tile around the pool needs to be updated. However, the pool was large somewhat clean. There was days where the pool was a little bit dirty but the beach was gorgeous and clean. You do have to run chairs on the beach though."
