"Great place! Very centrally located. We stayed in the 1 bedroom, Apt 1. There were 3 of us and we were very comfortable. We had daily maid service and loved how it had a full kitchen. Also, the upstairs terrace is beautifully decorated and complete with a BBQ grill, large cooler and plenty of seating!! I hope to stay here again on our next visit."

"The place and location are amazing for the price, but we did have a few suggestions. It would have been nice if they had 2 sets of keys since we were 2 couples staying in the place. Everything in the apartment is lovely, but worn. The carpet has some stains and the wood furniture and cabinets has water rings and marks. Towels and bedding felt old and worn. Updating these things would make the place feel fresher. Overall we had a wonderful stay and the location is amazing. "

"Eugenia the owner was great! The night security guard Eduardo was always so helpful and friendly (Spanish only)! This location was perfect just a few blocks from downtown Tlaquepaque. The communication was a bit cumbersome given the fact we booked through Expedia and this is a VRBO property (but they have merged so now it’s the same brand). "The unit was clean but the bed was very hard and the pillows lumpy. BUT it was in a fabulous location!! It was an easy walk to the Cathedral and all the key spots in the historic district. The 9 Esquinas was basically across the road and had some really great restaurants. Had some confusion with the entry codes but the property manager sent someone right away to help us. Overall a great experience in Guadalajara. We would stay here again. "
