I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Before check-in, I contacted the property and was reassured I'd be on a higher floor with a balcony. However, when I arrived, I discovered their "balcony" was just a window that opened, and apparently, the balconies were removed during renovations. To make matters worse, it seemed like some rooms still had balconies, leaving me confused about the situation. The 2nd floor was still under renovation when we arrived, which meant there was no access to ice. I was also told they had removed refrigerators from the rooms?? I had to walk to the SMART side of the hotel, wait for the elevator, and travel to the 6th floor to get ice to keep my water cool. This was terrible as there was an area in the room where a mini fridge was.One guy at pool bar was terrible-I ordered blended drinks, but the bartender served two people who came up after me. He added too much ice to my drinks, and when I asked for the rest of the drink from the blender (which had half my alcohol), I was told "no" multiple times by the bartender. I noticed he poured the leftover drink into a cup and left it on the side,( probably drank it himself). The bartender was rude !The Jacuzzis near the cabanas didn’t seem to have hot water, except in the spa area, where the jets didn’t work. The hot water in my shower would randomly turn cold during my shower regardless of setting. Netflix, YouTube, and Prime on the smart TV never worked ( poor connection) DO NOT STAY!!!!
