"We enjoyed our stay. The weather was great and the pool was an asset. There should be some clean up of leaves as they get blown back in the pool. Older pool equipment that is just laying beside the house needs to be tossed or put into a storage bin. All in all it’s in a quiet neighborhood and would stay again if in Florida. "

"Spacious inside and out. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well-supplied, the baths up-to-date, the towels plentiful and good quality. Beach-sized towels and swim toys were even included for the fabulous heated pool! The location was an easy drive to everything we needed! We’ll be back!"

"I booked this place on short notice when part of our group decided to stay a few extra days in the Melbourne area and we couldn't extend the house we'd already booked. Great find! It was a very short drive to the beach and close to a LOT of shops and restaurants. I was even able to run from the house to the beach in the mornings which was really nice. The small community pool was great for the kids and the house is a short walk from Cazadores--a very popular Mexican restaurant and sports bar...

"Our stay was great! Beds were comfortable. Location was great. Kitchen is well stocked to cook. The only thing is I wish the hot water lasted a little longer. "

"The property was as shown on the site.There were a couple of problems and the owner stepped right in and took care of them.Enjoyed our time there with dog parks with leash and no leash rules.Neighborhood reminded us of ours growing up and the neighbors were nice.Pool was warm and clean. Everything was near by.Good time!"
