Communication with the host was amazing too. And all the amenities provided at the property were top-notch. I can't ask for more when staying away from home in an excellent home."

"The home had a very interesting layout and was perfect for the three families we had staying there. Each had their own space. The alligator in the pond was a little unnerving but he stayed in his space and we stayed in ours. The putt-putt setup around the back was a nice touch. The location felt very secluded (which is a plus for me) but was within minutes of anything we needed or wanted. We stayed here one night before boarding our cruise the next day. It had everything we needed."

"This house is great for a family. There was plenty of space (8 adults) with things on site to do. Everyone loved fishing or just watching the water in the backyard. Having games in the garage was a hit. The beach although not far was a car ride for us, personally. We only have two things to note. The bunk bed mattresses are not adult friendly, not enough support. And we would have liked more fans in the house. Overall this house is worth a visit."

"Location is awesome - close to Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach and: the beach! Literally a 5 minute walk. Appreciated the water bottles, bag of ice and snacks in condo upon arrival. Super fast communication with the host. Main reason we booked this place was proximity to beach and beach gear/bikes. We didn’t have to bring anything for the beach. Would def rent again!"

Plenty of games were available that came in handy during a thunderstorm. The hosts were exceptional when responding to my inquiries. "We had an amazing time staying at this property! It was VERY clean and had everything you would need for a beach rental! Also, the AC worked amazing! Hahahah I was worried about that and was looking for that in the reviews and couldn’t find it. Some beach people love the cool breeze and don’t love AC, I’m a midwestern and pregnant so that was not on my list! AC was amazing and they had a working ceiling fan in every room as well! I just wished they had an enclosed backyard, but it might be...

"Wonderful! House is exactly as listed. Comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a day at the beach. Speaking of beach, literally a 5 minute or less easy walk and your on the sand. Rooms are comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. Bonus, we watched a rocket launch from the beach and the sight and sound was incredible. A must stay for beach lovers."
