"We had a very large group of 12 people and this house was absolutely perfect. There was ample room for all with a private bedroom for each family no matter how many kids they had. Often times you’ll see listings that say they’ll accommodate 12 but you’ll find out that includes sofa beds and rollaways. This was exactly as advertised and we didn’t have to draw straws to see who got the public sleeping accommodations. Would highly recommend this property for anyone with larger groups!!!"

"The place was very clean with everything needed for a great stay. The beach access was directly across the street and the downtown was 10 min walk. We had a family of 6 and everyone was comfortable. I would stay here again."

"My husband and I and our two dogs stayed at the property. The overall stay was nice. A few things we didn’t like, and it was not on the Vrbo property info. You have to hit a button (Alarm) every time you go out to the patio and pool area door and every time you come back in the home or the alarm goes off. (Very Loud ) Dog’s hated it. This is an excellent safety feature for children.(yes, this is Florida law for newly installed pools) If you don’t have kids, very annoying. We have rented...

"Very clean and bed was comfortable. I think batteries are going bad in tv remote as it was hard to use.The living room and bedroom lights flicker constantly so I think they need replaced."

"the owner was always available for questions. this was our favorite place of the whole trip. i can't imagine a better place to stay at cocoa beach. we went to the disney parks and stayed in orlando before we got here. the kids preferred to stay here then anything they did at disney. they have a garage full of gear for the beach you can use which really made the trip. we will be back in the future. "

"Made a trip to Florida to see my kiddo and grandkids. I always stay in a VRBO due to convenience and more of a home like atmosphere versus a hotel. This home was very clean, well kept and in a nice location. Quiet neighborhood. "Everything was great except the parking. Had to park 2nd vehicle a block away at the library. 2nd parking is reserved for the smaller/seperate part of the unit. We stayed at the 3 bedroom 1 bath side. Place was clean, comfortable, cozy and fully equipped to feel like home away from home."

"Is you’re looking for a beautiful, sparkling clean home to accommodate your large family, this is the place! Everthing was perfect from the pretty decor to very comfy beds! Check-in was a breeze. Another great thing is that it is only a 5 minute drive to the cruise ports! Can’t wait to stay here again for our next cruise! "

"Plenty of room for all - needed one night for all of us the day before out cruise ship departed. There are games, cable, bikes (next morning rode for hot bagels and a manicure ) clean, coffee, tea provided… wished a longer stay. "We were looking for easy access to the ocean and this was very easy walking distance to the beach. The property was unassuming from the outside, but the house was clean and comfortable. There was no oven or grill and we had trouble getting the induction stove to work, so ended up ordering in on the night we planned to cook.
