"The property is absolutely beautiful! It's was everything we could have asked for, in location. Practically everything was perfect. The only negatives had to do with the spotty wifi, when you left the living room, and the noise from the other tenants. You'd be hard pressed to find something better in the area though. It worked very well for us. "

"We had a great stay at this unit. Host was kind and responsive, and the unit was centrally located, clean and tidy and everything just as described in the listing. It’s on a quiet block very close to the Main Street in historic Melbourne, and a 7 min drive from the beach. Parking behind the building can be a little tight but we had no issue with a small sedan. It’s also close to the railroad tracks so there is train noise at night — something to be mindful of if you’re a light sleeper."

"This property is quaint and charming. So clean and bright! I loved the hard wood floors, fireplace, and orange leather sectional! Want to ship it home to me, it's so comfy! The location is steps from all of my favorite places, the Foxtail Coffee Company in the Melby Hotel, the Crepe du France Place, Meg O'Malley's, and a new favorite for brunch/lunch, the Backwater! Just a short drive to the beach, and easy access to all main roads! It was a please to stay here!"

"I stayed here for 1 night out of the 3 I reserved. The VRBO was not cleaned, there was the last people stuff still scattered around, plus nothing was wiped down. The toilet was covered in pee. Not to forget that we saw 3 roaches in the short amount of time we were there. Also i didn't get my cleaning deposits back even after i told the host all of these things. Worst VRBO ever!!"

Older pool equipment that is just laying beside the house needs to be tossed or put into a storage bin. All in all it’s in a quiet neighborhood and would stay again if in Florida. "
