"This was an amazing protect for a quick getaway for me and my family! The house was nice with lots of light and very nice rooms, huge kitchen, lots of areas to sit and talk. The smash dish was nice and we got to see manatees swimming by! Walkable to the arts district and lots of restaurants. Better than advertised which you don’t see often. "

"This property is quaint and charming. So clean and bright! I loved the hard wood floors, fireplace, and orange leather sectional! Want to ship it home to me, it's so comfy! The location is steps from all of my favorite places, the Foxtail Coffee Company in the Melby Hotel, the Crepe du France Place, Meg O'Malley's, and a new favorite for brunch/lunch, the Backwater! Just a short drive to the beach, and easy access to all main roads! It was a please to stay here!"

"I stayed here for 1 night out of the 3 I reserved. The VRBO was not cleaned, there was the last people stuff still scattered around, plus nothing was wiped down. The toilet was covered in pee. Not to forget that we saw 3 roaches in the short amount of time we were there. Also i didn't get my cleaning deposits back even after i told the host all of these things. Worst VRBO ever!!"

"Really beautiful property on the water. It's located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I was traveling alone and felt very safe on the property as well as running in the surrounding area. The other folks I ran into onsite were kind and friendly. The property manager was very responsive and communication was seamless. The building is a historical site so the walls are thin and you can hear you neighbors, but it's also really charming with a gorgeous view. So, my recommendation is rather than miss...
