"This property was a great fit for our family vacation with 6 adults and a baby. It was in a great location close to the beach, just down the street (5 min walk) was an access point to the beach. It’s close to the pier and lots of different restaurants. The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated making you feel like you are right on the beach."

My mom-in-law didn’t realize it and took a pretty bad tumble. Luckily she wasn’t injured too badly, just a bad bruise on her hip and arm. "

"Overall a great stay for our family in Cocoa Beach. We have stayed here at Cocoa many times for spring break. The house was as described. Rooms were nice and all the beds we comfy. Cathy was a great host. This was the 2nd house we have rented from her. Pool was nice and kept at a great temperature. Very close to the beach and pier. "Amazing location & accommodation for 2 couples cruising out of Port Canaveral. Comfortable furnishings & we really enjoyed the Tiki Bar right around the corner where we walked to for dinner and beverages. Will definitely reach out and book again for our next cruise from this port! "
