"I couldn’t check in early I guess, but I was busy during the afternoon and checked in at 4 pm and there were 5 others in line ahead of me and only 1 person at the desk. Really? Room was nice tho. Good view of ocean. "

"We lost heat the first night and it was very cold! employees did the best could to find the problem.Everything was fixed by night 2 Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Will definitely give them another try next trip."

"The room and facility was clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I like the fact that the room had a desk and chair so I was able to work in my room. I know the hotel is a bit on the older side but was adequate for my needs. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel could definitely use some updating. The door to the room and the furniture definitely needs to be updated. Breakfast are was clean and well maintained during breakfast. I thought the breakfast selection was very good. ...

"From the time I called and spoke with Krista your gal at the reception desk asking about a possible early check in for my wife and I celebrating our 10yr wedding anniversary she was the reason I stayed with you. Made to feel extremely important and she represented your brand well! I have been in hospitality leadership or over 30yrs I know when someone is great. She is. Also the bartender at the outside tiki bar, I forgotten his name, black gentleman, absolutely wonderful, stayed open for us....
