"the owner was always available for questions. this was our favorite place of the whole trip. i can't imagine a better place to stay at cocoa beach. we went to the disney parks and stayed in orlando before we got here. the kids preferred to stay here then anything they did at disney. they have a garage full of gear for the beach you can use which really made the trip. we will be back in the future. "Everything was great except the parking. Had to park 2nd vehicle a block away at the library. 2nd parking is reserved for the smaller/seperate part of the unit. We stayed at the 3 bedroom 1 bath side. Place was clean, comfortable, cozy and fully equipped to feel like home away from home."
