"This property is excellent, spotlessly clean, everything is fresh. Both bedrooms are spacious, there was no arguments over who got which room with both having more than enough storage space and a full bathroom. Location was excellent, literally 5mins from the beach, view from the balcony onto the pond was super relaxing. Only thing I would recommend owner does is put a number on the door of the property, arriving late at night was fairly confusing over which door was the correct one."

"We really liked the setup of this little condo. The room appointment was great. Kitchen was well appointed and stocked. Heater did not work however and it was quite chilly our first night. While everything was in its place and neat the floors were so dirty they were sticky, especially in the kitchen and foyer. "

"Condo was perfect. Easy to get to all the places in Brevard County that I wanted to see. The owner was awesome. Easy to contact and work with. Parking was great! Only drawback was proximity to sound of train next block over - doesn’t run at night time though. My son walked over to check out the new high speed line. No stop yet in Brevard county. (Orlando to Miami). Next year we will definitely add that to our itinerary "
