"My husband and I took our kids, 3 boys and 1 girl ranging from ages 20-12, to Cocoa Beach for spring break. This property was nearly perfect. Clean, accommodating and fun!The kayaks and paddle board on the river were a huge hit, even seeing a dolphin and manatees! The garage was a popular hang out with video games and ping ping. "3 of us from NJ stayed here while visiting Florida family. Check-in was very easy and the house was spotless. The kitchen was well-stocked so we were able to easily prepare meals. The beds were very comfy, and the neighborhood was quiet so we slept soundly each night. We had beautiful weather and were able to sit outside by the pool or on the porch most of the time. "This was exactly what we were looking for four our daughter's Senior Spring Break: just the four of us right on the beach. A cute little (but doesn't feel little) place tucked into the sand dunes. Gorgeous views, saw some awesome ocean critters at high and low tides, lots of things to use (boogie boards, sand toys, bikes, etc.) along with a washer and dryer so we could pack a little lighter and not check bags. Did I mention the stunning views? Oh, and Squid lips just up the road is an awesome...

"The house is beautifully decorated, very clean and has AMAZING views!! We were lucky enough to see a rocket launch right from the deck while we were there! The beach is just steps from the back door and was never very crowded. We enjoyed finding lots of shells on the beach. Pool was a perfect temp! Highly recommend!!!"

"Perfect location! 5-minute walk to the beach. Nice pool, hot tub. House was clean and spacious, beds comfortable, kitchen fairly well-stocked, although no basics like salt and pepper, foil, baggies or measuring cups. Plenty of beach towels! Access to clubhouse pool was nice. Kids loved the arcade games. We would return. Excellent stay!"
