"Staff were super helpful and friendly. Room cleaned and tidied every day. Breakfast was excellent. Used their hamam as well as transfer service, both were spot on."

"We arrived at this property exhausted as we flew over night from Canada. We were greeted warmly with tea, dates and cookies. The amenities were all well described to us and we were acknowledged by all the staff. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with homemade shampoo, conditioners and body wash. We had fresh fruit in our room as well. The food in the restaurant was amazing so fresh, beautifully prepared and the service was outstanding. We enjoyed dinner music, tea, and a serene environment. Every need was attended to quickly and often before we knew we needed it. We had special service from Jalil who served most of our meals and made us beautiful tea and served it perfectly. Yousef jumped quite literally for anything we needed. It was the best experience in a hotel I have had. I would recommend to anyone visiting the incredible city of Marrakech to stay here and embrace the wonderful people. Thank you for making this experience so special. "

"We loved our stay here. The Riad was a lovely haven after the busy streets of central Marrakech. We liked the location and particularly the Rue du Kasbah. Central Marrakech was walkable but it was also easy to pick up a taxi if we needed to. The restaurant was excellent."

"Brand new property. Away from bustle and craziness of the Medina. Only seven minute cab ride to historic sites. Has the feel of a Spanish villa; all rooms arranged around a stunning pool area. A few hiccups with their systems, but all staff friendly and welcoming. Happy to return."

"My fith time here - love it - great city break. This time we came for a friend’s special birthday, all three friends that had never been, loved it too! The staff are so helpfu/lovely, food good (& im a fussy eater), love the aqua and lots of things you ‘can’ do if you like. Heated pool for the cooler months is wonddrful. There’s a shuttle bus to/back from the medina but cabs to the center are reasonable (with a bit of haggling :-)). Can’t wait to go back! "
