Take up the offer of transfers from the airport, make sure you dine at the rooftop at least once for dinner. Our room was spotless , spacious and very comfortable . Perfect location for both the square and souks . Thank you for such a wonderful few days . "

"Highly recommended. Great communication before and during my stay, all of the front desk staff are super friendly and helpful, the riad is clean and beautiful, the location can’t be beat—maybe 50 steps from Jemaa El-Fnaa square, but a quiet and calm oasis where you can escape the frenetic energy of the square. The breakfast was also very good, and is served on a lovely roof deck. If I had to find a negative, I would say that the rooms are compact—but it’s a riad, so you should go in expecting that. The bed and bathroom were plenty large, and there was also ample storage space, so it wasn’t really an issue. I spent over 2 weeks going from place to place every day in Morocco, and Riad Marraplace was by far my favorite lodging."

The owner actually comes and talks with you. The place is immaculate too. The breakfast is huge and couldn’t finish either day and I am one that can eat double my weight "

"This property was truely amazing from the time we walked in to check in until we checked out. The places smelled amazing the whole time. The road was very clean and well decorated. The best part of this place is the staff. The front desk team as well as the staff on rooftop are the absolute best soo accommodating willing to help with directions and recommendations etc. This great place is only a 15 min to the big main square. Very close to a good currency exchange. Overall we would stay there 10 out of 10 times we were very please for our first trip to Marrakech Morocco "

"We loved our stay here. The Riad was a lovely haven after the busy streets of central Marrakech. We liked the location and particularly the Rue du Kasbah. Central Marrakech was walkable but it was also easy to pick up a taxi if we needed to. The restaurant was excellent."

"Friendly staff, property has a lot of stairs so not friendly for people with mobility issues. Could do with a little refurbishment for example having door handle on the inside as it makes locking the door difficult, also the windows have an air gap so cold air comes through, but great place for the price. Good breakfast."

"We can heartily recommend Riad Al Badia. We received a warm welcome by all staff and were served a traditional sweet mint tea. Youssef insisted on carrying our heavy luggage up the stairs to our room (Nomade). He explained routes around the Medina and provided details of top sites and restaurants to suit all budgets. He advised us about how to keep safe and we did feel safe at all times, day and night, as we walked through the city. We ate at the riad on our first evening and the meal was delicious; perhaps the best we had during our time in Marrakech. Our room was on the small side (this is a traditional house not a chain hotel) yet it was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the separate shower room was clean and the water always hot. The air conditioning worked efficiently and quietly. Abdul, provided an excellent service, helpfully suggesting a residence where we could swim and relax for a day. The ladies who prepared breakfast and cleaned were very attentive to our needs and worked extremely hard. Breakfast consisted of fruit, yoghurt, preserves, breads and pastries, eggs and very good coffee! Gluten free bread was provided (I had emailed beforehand about this). Riad Al Badia is tastefully furnished throughout and there is a sun terrace where you can sunbathe if desired. It was quiet in the Riad and lovely to return there after our explorations of the city. "
