"First of all, the staff is just the best. The riad itself is just as it looks in the photos. I had the room off the main room and it was quiet. I could hear the rooster and birds chirping and loved it. The bed was comfortable, I had all I needed. Wi-fi was great and they have WINE The staff wants you to feel like a family member in their home and they do just that. The riad's location is safe and easy to get to once they show you how to get there. The taxis are just a five minute walk. I would absolutely stay there again and especially as a single woman guest. "

"This resort was absolutely incredible! From the check-in service to the rooms and lobby decor and comfort. The breakfast variety was terrific as well. Besides that, their artistic lounge and variety of bars/restaurants was also fantastic. Outside of the resort, there is a mall at walking distance and the medina isn't too far away either with taxis easily available too. The only thing I'd like to highlight as negative is that the outdoor pool is not heated and we went in December so it was impossible to use the facility. As for the indoor pool, it was heated but charged at £20~ which was again not ideal. "

"Our 2nd stay at the kenzi club for some pre Christmas sun. Exceptional value for money. The hotel & grounds are beautiful & kept so clean & tidy. We had a suite & it was amazing. Can not fault any member of staff. They are so friendly and can’t do enough to help. Many of whom remembered us from last year. Would like to especially thank younes, yousef (waiter outdoors lunchtime ), yousef (waiter indoors dinner ) and Mohammed ( waiter in the bar on a night time ) They are a credit to the hotel & made our holiday extra special "

"Beautiful property to stay for few days . Only drawback is that they provide Iron in rooms - so you have to request concierge for getting your clothes pressed (no charge though) . Otherwise the staff and people were very friendly and helpful. "

"Excellent hotel. Brilliant for families. Check in was a little slow and the air con in the room was weak. Overall though the facilities are spot on with lots for kids to do. Loved the different pools and slides. Room was spacious and very clean. Would recommend highly if travelling with young children."

"We booked two rooms and arrived at 2:50 pm, they only had one room available. Also the pictures are of two hotel that are attached by a pool area. Not sure why they also use the other hotel photos on the listing. The rooms need improvements, they are run down. Also very noisy all day and night."
