"The staff were so helpful at accomodating my late-night check-in after a flight delay. They offered to arrange transportation from the airport for me, and at no point was i left to walk the street alone to get to the riad. I was served tea and allowed to relax while check-in was completed. The staff were very kind and my room was kept fresh. I recommend trying the hammam spa treatment! It completed the experience. "

"I can’t say enough good things about this property. The location of this Riad is just inside the Medina so I it’s a 2 min walk from taxi drop off. The property is so beautiful and within walking distance of markets, shopping, palaces, tombs, college, mosques, Square. The staff were outstanding from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping!!! The breakfast provided by this Riad is incredible!! All traditional Moroccan food. I would highly recommend this property!!"

"Great stay at this riad. Prepare to stay in firmer beds in Marrakech if you don't book a western chain hotel! The service was fantastic fron Mumin (I hope I have this correct) genuine and kind soul! Air conditioning was a problem throughout our stay in Marrakech but not here, fantastic, modern unit that worked perfectly. TV in the room, which again wasn't always the case in other properties. "If you like room keys that look like credit cards, this is not the place for you. But if you like sleeping in a four-poster bed straight out of Arabian Nights, you’d love Gramtahouse as much as I did. Kitchen wasn't too clean, but the bedroom and bathroom were spotless.
