The owner actually comes and talks with you. The place is immaculate too. The breakfast is huge and couldn’t finish either day and I am one that can eat double my weight "

"This property was truely amazing from the time we walked in to check in until we checked out. The places smelled amazing the whole time. The road was very clean and well decorated. The best part of this place is the staff. The front desk team as well as the staff on rooftop are the absolute best soo accommodating willing to help with directions and recommendations etc. This great place is only a 15 min to the big main square. Very close to a good currency exchange. Overall we would stay there 10 out of 10 times we were very please for our first trip to Marrakech Morocco "

"We loved our stay here. The Riad was a lovely haven after the busy streets of central Marrakech. We liked the location and particularly the Rue du Kasbah. Central Marrakech was walkable but it was also easy to pick up a taxi if we needed to. The restaurant was excellent."

"Brand new property. Away from bustle and craziness of the Medina. Only seven minute cab ride to historic sites. Has the feel of a Spanish villa; all rooms arranged around a stunning pool area. A few hiccups with their systems, but all staff friendly and welcoming. Happy to return."

"We can heartily recommend Riad Al Badia. We received a warm welcome by all staff and were served a traditional sweet mint tea. Youssef insisted on carrying our heavy luggage up the stairs to our room (Nomade). He explained routes around the Medina and provided details of top sites and restaurants to suit all budgets. He advised us about how to keep safe and we did feel safe at all times, day and night, as we walked through the city. We ate at the riad on our first evening and the meal was delicious; perhaps the best we had during our time in Marrakech. Our room was on the small side (this is a traditional house not a chain hotel) yet it was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the separate shower room was clean and the water always hot. The air conditioning worked efficiently and quietly. Abdul, provided an excellent service, helpfully suggesting a residence where we could swim and relax for a day. The ladies who prepared breakfast and cleaned were very attentive to our needs and worked extremely hard. Breakfast consisted of fruit, yoghurt, preserves, breads and pastries, eggs and very good coffee! Gluten free bread was provided (I had emailed beforehand about this). Riad Al Badia is tastefully furnished throughout and there is a sun terrace where you can sunbathe if desired. It was quiet in the Riad and lovely to return there after our explorations of the city. " We were three women friends on our first visit to Marrakech. Choosing Al Ksar was the best decision we made. Not only is the property beautiful, but the management and staff are simply outstanding. Everyone from the skilled spa therapists to the housekeeping staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. The managers [owners?] Olivier and Damien couldn't do enough for us--preparing special meals, booking excursions, following up later to make sure everything was satisfactory. Their warmth and attention to detail made us feel truly at home. Now that we're back, we can only dream of those breakfasts and dinners on the rooftop terrace, punctuated by birdsong and the haunting calls to prayer. "
