"Had a junior suite with a private roof terrace that was beautiful. The decor was great and the restaurant delicious. However, they barely speak English and are apprehensive to even give you extra towels. We requested two extra and they made us give them two used ones in exchange - what hotel does that? There were a few other service issues and lots of language barriers. If you want luxury my recommendation is to stay at a different hotel that understands the concept better. "

But one male staff member was extremely rude and dishonest. He overcharged us beyond the Expedia quoted price and was overly pushy in trying to sell tours and recommend restaurants. "Traditional Riad in the heart of the city.Was quiet inside as it was up an alleyway near the Badi Palace was hard to find at first as I thought was on a street.The small cool roof pool was lovely after a long day hiking.Sorry to not get dinner as I arrived after 8 and left too early for breakfast.The room came with a 15 euro food and drink credit that excluded food and alcohol so I could only have coke and soft drinks which was a shame I'm not a fan of many sweet drinks."

She guided us, made travel arrangements and booked transportation - situations that often are difficult when traveling in an exotic local.
